The Ten Commandments aren’t the only laws in the Old Testament. There are about six hundred others! Jesus summed them up in just two commandments. You can find them in Matthew 22:34-40. How different would the world be if everyone followed these two commandments?
Moses spoke to God for the people. But because Jesus came, you don’t need anyone to talk to God for you. You can talk to Him yourself! Ask Him for what you need. And trust Him to take care of you, just as He promises in Philippians 4:19.
Did you know that hard times can be good for you? Challenges build your faith muscles because they teach you to rely on God. Memorize James 1:2-4. The next time you face something difficult, say these verses out loud. And trust that God will take care of you!
